How long does it take for a fish tank to be fully cycled?

For a freshwater aquarium to be fully cycled usually it takes up to 1-2 months depending on many factors.
Example: a 10 gallon fish tank with 3-5 Tiger Barbs fish it would take around 35 days to be fully cycled and ready to have species of fish.

I highly recommend purchasing cheap hardy fish to cycle a freshwater fish tank example: Gouramis, tigerbarbs... ect. When you purchasing a fish at the petstore make sure you know if they are compatible with the fish that you already have in your fish tank.

There is also multiple aquarium products that will help with the cycle process and speed it up. I really like using Microbe-Lift NiteOutwhich it can be used for fresh and salt water aquariums.
